Read More With the advancement of technology, the media has also developed greatly and the tools of media have competed among themselves to have the greatest impact on the recipient in terms of form and content. In the midst of that, and depending on the World Wide Web (Internet), the Kurdish websites came into existence, as one of the results and outcomes of this situation, and had a role and influence through a wide range of methods and tools in shaping individual awareness in general and cultural awareness in particular.This study is a descriptive research based on the survey method and tool of the questionnaire (questionnaire form) in the form of a random sample of students of public universities in all the four governorates of the Kurdistan Region, which include the universities of (Salah al-Din - Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and Halabja), where data were collected from them.The main objective of this study is:Identifying the extent of the use of Kurdish websites among university students in the Kurdistan Region, as well as identifying the cultural issues published by Kurdish websites that are of interest to university students, and knowing the level of awareness of university students in the Kurdistan Region through their use of websites.The study reached several conclusions, including:The majority of university students in the Kurdistan Region (83%) use Kurdish websites, and according to statistical relationships, the more they use Kurdish websites, the higher their cultural awareness. The majority of university students use Kurdish websites (20%) because of (ease of understanding in terms of language) and (19%) because of (speed of delivery). However, (24%) consider (lack of information in these websites) one of the most important reasons for not using Kurdish websites by university students in the Kurdistan Region. On the other hand, (32%) of college students use Kurdish websites for 1-2 hours per day. Also, educational websites (18%) are the most prominent types of Kurdish websites used by university students in the Kurdistan Region.

In the light of the research objectives and hypotheses and within the limits of the research sample and the research method used and the nature of the statistical methods that were used to analyze the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions: including that the training curriculum in playing style has a significant effect on the development of some skill variables under study. There is a preference in the results of the post-tests for the control and experimental groups and in favor of the experimental group in all skill variables under study, of which the researcher used the method of playing on the sandy ground. As for the recommendations, the researcher recommended making sure to use the sandy land as a way of playing with players of the category )12-14( years , because of its effective impact on the development of some variables and skill , and conducting similar studies using the style of play for the skill variables that the researcher did not address in his study , as well as Use it on other age groups.

So it is the responsibility of researchers to show and explain the way of cognitive linguistics. As we have tried to mention them in the clearest ways. The main aim of this research is an attempt to linguistic analysis and research in metaphor aspect, which it is an important tool of cognitive linguistic. The main point of this research is to focus on perceptual linguistics; the description-analysis method is used, the samples are taken from daily speech, to reach satisfactory outcomes, because the cognitive linguistic will change according to variant experience. Cognition is unshakeable base to research on metaphor, to ask on what the act metaphor cognition rely on, Because of the source domain and the target domain, we have seen our perception for the expressed, In the frame of conceptual metaphor. The research beside of an introduction and conclusion is consists of three sections: the first one is about cognition. The first sub-section of this section is about the science of cognitive language. The second sub-section is on cognition structure or base and theories. The second section is about metaphor. The first sub-section is about the major and minor meaning in metaphor. The second sub-section includes the cognitive metaphor. The third sub-section is about the tools (devices) of cognitive metaphor. The final section is about metaphor cognition of animals ’name in Kurdish language in daily speeches and conversations. The first sub-section of this final section is on metaphorical using of animals’ name to covey bad and good meaning and messages. The second one does include metaphorical cognition of animals’ name via voices. The third one includes metaphorical cognition of animals’ name via appearances. The last one contains metaphorical cognition of animals’ name via behaviours.

This prompted the researcher to delve into the subject of penalties for the cyber threat crime in Iraqi and Kurdistan legislation. Through this study, we deal with the statement of the penalty for the crime of threat in the Kurdistan Region law and the Iraqi law, as well as we deal with the penalty for the crime of electronic threat in the comparative legislation as well. It was found through the study that the Kurdish criminal legislator realized the seriousness of the crime of threat after its rapid spread after the tremendous progress in the means of technology and modern information technology, and issued for this law the prevention of misuse of communications equipment no. (6) of 2008, which included the crime of electronic threat and determining the penalty prescribed for the crime of threat The study also found that there are legal loopholes with regard to the penalties prescribed for the crime of electronic threat, because the Kurdistan legislator has identified a variety of different crimes in one article and with one punishment, and this in itself is a serious mistake for the legislator because each of these crimes has special circumstances and circumstances. Differ from the other. It was also found that the Iraqi legislator has not yet taken serious steps towards issuing a law on combating information technology crimes, unlike the Egyptian and Emirati legislators, who issued a law on combating information crimes, including the crime of threat and determining the penalties imposed for the crime. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including the necessity of amending the law to prevent the misuse of communications equipment in the Kurdistan Region and tightening the penalty for the offender in the crime of electronic threat, because criminal necessity and judicial justice require that.
