The connectives are evaluated in relation to their components. It also elaborates briefly the theory of Government and Binding and some sub theory of them are explained which has relation to the present study. Moreover, the study elaborates the syntactic and semantic roles of PP and conjunctions, some examples are analysed in relation to X-bar theory in a tree diagram.
