Abstract

Jurisprudential preferences are among the jurisprudential arts that scholars have been interested in in their writings that have some connection with jurisprudential issues. Contemporary scholars who have an opinion and preference in many jurisprudential issues, Sheikh Muhammad Taha Al-Balisani, especially in his interpretation marked with good statement in the interpretation of the Qur’an. And the jurisprudential weightings in the chapter on transactions by Sheikh Muhammad Taha Al-Balisani through his interpretation, comparing his views with the opinions of the jurists and then commenting on his weighting with the weighting that the researcher sees by listing and discussing the evidence. Four jurisprudential preferences in the chapter on transactions, which are (the choice of the council and, the guarantee of the compelled eating from the money of others, and maturity, taking the wages for teaching the Qur’an and the Imamate).
