Abstract
People need a system, by which he organizes all conditions at the levels that make up life, including the social status, in order for a person to see the harvest of his upbringing, morals and knowledge within his small family, which is like a government and a small state, and this situation needs stabilizers to lay the foundations for this type of system, Because adherence to a social system and uprightness to it requires that which connects man with the system, and that which reassures hearts and comforts souls.
Therefore, God Almighty mentioned the stabilizers of the social system in the Holy Qur’an at the level of the individual, the family, and the community.
The researcher divided his research into two sections, where he dealt in the first section with the definition of the most important terms mentioned in the title. In the second topic, the researcher discussed some of those proves that prove the social system from the vision of the purposes of Islamic law.
