Read More The objective of this study is to analyze the changes in annual, minimum and maximum temperatures due to global warming phenomena during period (1973-2015) in Sulaimani city and its impact on energy consumption on the heating and cooling to get comfort degree for residents in Sulaimani city. The Microsoft Excel-2010 analysis Toolpak which provides statistical analysis tools were used to discern the mean annual trends. Results show that there is difference in change of temperature over the forty-two years study period, the average annual temperature that the average annual temperature in Sulaimani city increased by (0.0716 C˚/ y) in summer time while at July during the period increase by the rate (0.1844 C˚/ y) in winter time at January, The linear trend analysis for the monthly maximum temperature for January and July for period (1973-2015) is shown in figure (5), the trend analysis cleared the rate of increase in January (0.1777 C˚/ y) and in July (0.0606 C˚/ y), also the trend analysis of monthly minimum temperature for the same period shows rate of increase in temperatures, January (0.1751 C˚/ y) and July (0.0667 C˚/ y), for minimum temperature than maximum temperature (about 0.751 C˚). By using data of daily electricity consumption and temperature for the period 1973-2015 in Sulaimani, the variation of energy consumption and the correlations between energy consumption and temperature are analyzed. In order to determine the months of need for cooling and months for heating in Sulaimani city, the temperature (18.33 C˚) was essentially taken as the thermal threshold for heating and (23.89 C˚) as the thermal threshold for cooling. For the period of 1973-2015, the annual CDD and HDD of Sulaimani are calculated and a linear trend analysis shows that in warm months (April to October), the CDD would increase at a rate of ( ) while in cold months ( C˚ d) November to March) the HDD would decrease at a rate of ( C˚d). A positive relationship was obtained between high temperatures and the amount of energy use in cooling while the linear relationship and discontinuities emerge in cold seasons.

Read More The structural displacement that the study is trying to uncover is one of the most important pillars on which the phenomenon of displacement is based in stylistic studies. As displacement is a term that highlights the ability to penetrate the familiar reach, or as it is said that it is antithetical to what is usual, and the main purpose of this technique is to surprise the recipient because it violates the familiar rules in the linguistic standard. In this study, the researcher monitored the phenomena of structural displacement, which contributed to the production of semantic, and this attempt came within a method that relies on reading the texts of Alskandari, and analyzing it to reveal the nature of employing these displacements to generate new indications that express the Alexandrian visions and his own ideas. The researcher found that Alskandari was able every time to present his idea and embody his visions in the way that he saw as more capable of influencing the recipient, as he resorted to shocking the horizon of his expectations by leaning on the evasion of meanings and connotations in the surface structure upon initial reading so that the recipient remains searching for the intended and rebuilding his perceptions to unfold its connotations in the deep structure. The study included an introduction and two chapters, each of which deals with an aspect of the subject. As for the preamble, it presents the theoretical aspect of the study, as it is defined first in the book of “Al-Hakam Al-Ataya”, then it refers to the concept of displacement in language and terminology, and finally it reveals the concept of “structural displacement” and shows its importance and role in creating new connotations in the “Hikam Al-Ataya”. As for the two sections, they presented the most important phenomena of structural displacement in judgment, and the first topic came to the technique of presentation and delay, and the second topic came to returning. At the end of the research, a conclusion of the most important findings of the research, followed by the sources and references that were used in this study.

Read More The change from traditional media to electronic media requires the necessary controls and laws to suit its surroundings, we have to also mention that there’s no correct definition of electronic media, but a group of experts defined it as follows: “electronic media is the media that relies in its formation and dissemination on electronic elements that replace traditional tools with modern techniques of electronic communication such as the Internet. This study entitled (Legal regulation of electronic media in the Kurdistan Region / Iraq) aims to familiarize themselves with the overall media legislation and the nature of the laws and texts regulating the electronic media, especially in light of the rapid changes and transformations in which the electronic media plays a major role. And exploring the future of electronic media in light of new laws, and establishing a knowledge base about electronic media legislation in the Kurdistan Region through this study, which can be a reference in this field. In order to reach the objectives of the study, the researcher chose the analytical descriptive approach, and to answer the main question of the study which is, (What are the most important legal and regulatory controls set by the legislator that applies to the contents of electronic media to prevent and remove negative effects of electronic media?), the study was divided into two sections, the first section dealt with the entrance to electronic media and the second section with the punitive provisions in electronic media legislation. Among the most important findings of the study were: Despite the implementation of the Law (Preventing Misuse of Telecommunications Devices No. 6 of 2008), issued in the Kurdistan Region to confront the dangers of cybercrime, it is necessary to build on and further amend this law. Law No. 6 of 2008 is not only for journalists, but for citizens as well. Judges are forced to apply this law because social networks are not mentioned in the Journalism Law.

Read More The aim of the research is to identify the effect of exercises according to the (S.A.Q) style on the results of the pre and post tests of the skill variables under study among the members of the two groups (the control and experimental). The members of the two groups (controller and experimental). After the researchers conducted the exploratory experiment, he touched on the tribal and remote tests, videography, the training curriculum, as well as the statistical methods. The researcher prepared two skill tests for the forehand and backhand and developed a curriculum for a period of two months, represented by several exercises to be applied through the training units that were divided into (8 weeks) in each week (3) training units in which the specified curriculum is applied. The researchers reached the following conclusions: - The exercises in the style of (S.A.Q) that were applied by the experimental group have achieved a positive development in the skill of the forehand and the skill of the backhand. - The exercises in the style of (S.A.Q) that table tennis players applied were prepared according to the principles of sports training in terms of training unit times, intensity and size, which were consistent with the requirements and specificity of table tennis in terms of exercises and their course, which had a positive impact on the level of players. - The skill abilities of the experimental group developed in the post-test due to their use of exercises in the (S.A.Q) style. - The exercises in the style of (S.A.Q) that were applied through the training units had an important role in the progress and development of the players in the offensive skills, especially the skills of the forehand and backhand, and achieving positive results during the implementation of instructions during the training units. - The development in the skill abilities was positively reflected on the general skill level of the players because it is one of the basic requirements for the game of table tennis.
