This study is a jurisprudence analysis of the dissolution of marriage in the Kurdistan region - Iraq. The dissolution of marriage begins with a very important process that is marriage, which is a factor in the construction of society, while divorce is a factor in the destruction of society. It leads to the disintegration of family and marriage, and has a negative impact on family disintegration, increases hostility and hatred, has a negative impact on children, and then has many social and psychological effects, from mental disorders to Deviant behavior, crime, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the factors that lead to the increase in the rate of marriage dissolution between the years (2017 to 2022), so as to solve these factors scientifically, so as to reduce their spread in the Kurdistan region - Iraq and rebuild Kurdish families.
