In the midst of that, and depending on the World Wide Web (Internet), the Kurdish websites came into existence, as one of the results and outcomes of this situation, and had a role and influence through a wide range of methods and tools in shaping individual awareness in general and cultural awareness in particular.This study is a descriptive research based on the survey method and tool of the questionnaire (questionnaire form) in the form of a random sample of students of public universities in all the four governorates of the Kurdistan Region, which include the universities of (Salah al-Din - Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and Halabja), where data were collected from them.The main objective of this study is:Identifying the extent of the use of Kurdish websites among university students in the Kurdistan Region, as well as identifying the cultural issues published by Kurdish websites that are of interest to university students, and knowing the level of awareness of university students in the Kurdistan Region through their use of websites.The study reached several conclusions, including:The majority of university students in the Kurdistan Region (83%) use Kurdish websites, and according to statistical relationships, the more they use Kurdish websites, the higher their cultural awareness. The majority of university students use Kurdish websites (20%) because of (ease of understanding in terms of language) and (19%) because of (speed of delivery). However, (24%) consider (lack of information in these websites) one of the most important reasons for not using Kurdish websites by university students in the Kurdistan Region. On the other hand, (32%) of college students use Kurdish websites for 1-2 hours per day. Also, educational websites (18%) are the most prominent types of Kurdish websites used by university students in the Kurdistan Region.

إنَّ علم التفسير هو مفتاح العلوم التي احتوى عليها القرآن الكريم، لإصلاح البشرية، وإنقاذ الأمم، ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە إنَّ علم التفسير هو مفتاح العلوم التي احتوى عليها القرآن الكريم، لإصلاح البشرية، وإنقاذ الأمم، وإعلاء كلمة الله في الأرض، والمفسرون هم رواد هذا العلم ورجاله الذين يُعَوَّلُ عليهم في تبيان الحق ونشره بين الناس، والتفسير بالمأثور هو الأساس في تفسير كتاب الله تعالى، وله الأثرُ الكبير في فهم معاني القرآن الكريم، ويحتل مكانة الصدارة من بين أنواع التفسير الأخرى، ولهذا يأتي في المقدمة دائماً، وعليه الاعتماد، وفيه نقطة الارتكاز، لأنّه تفسير القرآن بالقرآن الكريم، وبأحاديث المصطفى، وبأقوال الصحابة، وبأقوال التابعين، لتوضيح وبيان مراد الله من الآيات القرآنية، والشيخ الملأ الكبير المفسر من علماء السلف الذين كانت لهم عناية فائقة بدراسة القرآن الكريم وفهمه، إلى جانب اهتمامه في الحديث والاثار، فقد كان من العلماء الذين أولوا اهتماماً بالغاً برواية التفسير بالرأي ولايخلو بالمأثور ايضاً وقد تألفت هيكلية الأطروحة من: تمهيد ، وخمسة فصول، وخاتمة، ثم تثبيت المصادر والمراجع، تناولت في التمهيد التعريف بالشيخ المفسر ملأ كةورة - رحمه الله - وتناولت في الفصل الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع والخامس دراسة الأحاديث والاثار الواردة في التفسير ثم ختمت الأطروحة بمجموعة من النتائج التي توصلت إليها .

تكمن اهمية البحث من خلال استخدام الارض الرملية وهي وسيلة يمكن الاعتمادعليها من اجل تطوير بعض المهارات ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە تكمن اهمية البحث من خلال استخدام الارض الرملية وهي وسيلة يمكن الاعتمادعليها من اجل تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية في كرة القدم من اجل استفادة منها من لدن العاملين في مجال التدريب للعبة كرة القدم والوصول الي المستويات المرموقة. وحيث تكمن مشكلة البحث في وجود ضعف في المستوي المهاري لدي لاعبي كرة القدم وخاصة فئة (12-14) سنة وجاءت فكرة التدريب علي الأرض الرملية كاًحد تمرينات المقاومة مما يضطر اللاعب الي بذل المزيد من الجهد للتغلب علي هذه المقاومة لذا اًرتاي الباحث القيام بهذا البحث لمعرفة تأثير الارض الرملية في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية للاعبي كرة القدم فئة (12-14) سنة بكرة القدم, وهدفت البحث التعرف علي الفروق بين نتائج الاختبارت القبلية والبعدية للمتغيرات المهارية قيد الدراسة لدي اًفراد المجموعة الضابطة والتعرف علي الفروق بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمتغيرات المهارية قيد الدراسة لدي اًفراد المجموعة التجربية والتعرف علي الفروق بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمتغيرات المهارية قيد الدراسة لدي افراد المجموعتين الضابطة والتجربية وأفترض الباحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاًختبارات القبلية و البعدية للمتغيرات قيد الدراسة لدي افراد المجموعة التجربية و لصالح نتائج الاختبارات البعدية ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمتغيرات قيد الدراسة لدي افراد عينة المجموعتين الضابطة والتجربية لصالح المجموعة التجربية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وذلك لملائمته طبيعة البحث، وحدد مجتمع البحث بطريقة العمدية بلاعبي فئة (12-14) سنة والبالغ عددهم (30) لاعباَ وتم اختيار عينة البحث بواقع (24) لاعباَ يمثلون بنسبة (80%) من مجتمع الاصلي وتم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي بأستخدام القرعة، وقسمت هذة العينة علي مجموعتين التجربية والضابطة وبواقع (12) لاعباَ لكل مجموعة ومن جدير بالذكر ان الباحث استبعد حراس المرمي واللاعبين الذين اجريت عليهم التجارب الاستطلاعية، وأستخدم الباحث المصادر والمراجع العربية والاجنبية والاستبانة ومجموعة من الاختبارات المهارية والوسائل جمع المعلومات والوسائل الاحصائية من خلال استخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية للوسائل العلمية (spss). وفي ضوء اهداف البحث و فرضياته وفي حدود عينة البحث ومنهج البحث المستعمل وطبيعة الاساليب الاحصائية التي استخدمت لتحليل النتائج توصل الباحث الي الاستنتاجات التالية : ومنها ان المنهج التدريبي بأسلوب اللعب لها يأثير معنويا في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية قيد الدراسة. وهناك أفضلية في نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجربية ولصالح المجموعة التجربية في جميع المهارات الاساسية قيد الدراسة والتي استخدم الباحث منها اسلوب اللعب علي الارض الرملية .

So it is the responsibility of researchers to show and explain the way of cognitive linguistics. As we have tried to mention them in the clearest ways. The main aim of this research is an attempt to linguistic analysis and research in metaphor aspect, which it is an important tool of cognitive linguistic. The main point of this research is to focus on perceptual linguistics; the description-analysis method is used, the samples are taken from daily speech, to reach satisfactory outcomes, because the cognitive linguistic will change according to variant experience. Cognition is unshakeable base to research on metaphor, to ask on what the act metaphor cognition rely on, Because of the source domain and the target domain, we have seen our perception for the expressed, In the frame of conceptual metaphor. The research beside of an introduction and conclusion is consists of three sections: the first one is about cognition. The first sub-section of this section is about the science of cognitive language. The second sub-section is on cognition structure or base and theories. The second section is about metaphor. The first sub-section is about the major and minor meaning in metaphor. The second sub-section includes the cognitive metaphor. The third sub-section is about the tools (devices) of cognitive metaphor. The final section is about metaphor cognition of animals ’name in Kurdish language in daily speeches and conversations. The first sub-section of this final section is on metaphorical using of animals’ name to covey bad and good meaning and messages. The second one does include metaphorical cognition of animals’ name via voices. The third one includes metaphorical cognition of animals’ name via appearances. The last one contains metaphorical cognition of animals’ name via behaviours.

الاحكام الجزائية لجريمة التهديد الالكتروني في القانون العراقي والمقارن

تعد تقنية المعلومات الحديثة أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصالات وما نتج عنها من شبكات ووسائط الكترونية، ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە تعد تقنية المعلومات الحديثة أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصالات وما نتج عنها من شبكات ووسائط الكترونية، قفزة حضارية نوعية في حياة الأفراد و المجتمع، إلا أن هذا الجانب الإيجابي المشرق لهذه التكنولوجيا لم ينف الإنعكاسات السلبية التي أفرزتها إساءة استعمال هذا الوسائط الإلكترونية وما صاحبه من ظهور أنماط مستحدثة من السلوكيات الجرمية. مما دعا الباحث الى الخوض في موضوع الجزاءات المقررة لجريمة التهديد الالكتروني في التشريع العراقي والكوردستاني. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نتناول بيان عقوبة الجريمة التهديد في قانون إقليم كوردستان و القانون العراقي، وكذلك نتناول عقوبة جريمة التهديد الالكتروني في التشريعات المقارنة ايضاً. فتبين من خلال الدراسة أن المشرع الجنائي الكوردستاني أدرك مدى خطورة جريمة التهديد بعد إنتشارها السريع بعد التقدم الهائل في وسائل التكنولوجيا وتقنية المعلومات الحديثة وأصدر لذلك قانون منع إساءة استعمال اجهزة الاتصالات رقم (6) لسنة 2008 وشمل فيه جريمة التهديد الالكتروني و تحديد عقوبة المقررة لجريمة التهديد الالكتروني، كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك ثغرات قانونية بالنسبة للجزاءات المقررة لجريمة التهديد الالكتروني، لأن المشرع الكوردستاني قام بتحديد مجموعة متنوعة ومختلفة من الجرائم في مادة واحدة و بعقوبة واحدة، وهذا بحد ذاته خطأ خطير للمشرع لان كل جريمة من هذه الجرائم لها ظروف وملابسات خاصة تختلف عن الاخرى. وتبين كذلك أن المشرع العراقي لم يخطو حتى الآن خطوات جادة نحو إصدار قانون خاص بمكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات بخلاف المشرع المصري والإماراتي، الذي اصدر قانون خاص بمكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية ومنها جريمة التهديد و تحديد الجزاءات المفروضة للجريمة. وانتهت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات منها ضرورة تعديل قانون منع إساءة استعمال اجهزة الاتصالات أقليم كوردستان وتشديد عقوبة الجاني في جريمة التهديد الالكتروني، لأن الضرورة الجنائية و العدالة القضائية تقتضي ذلك.

The objective of this study is to analyze the changes in annual, minimum and maximum temperatures due to global warming phenomena during period (1973-2015) in Sulaimani city and its ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە The objective of this study is to analyze the changes in annual, minimum and maximum temperatures due to global warming phenomena during period (1973-2015) in Sulaimani city and its impact on energy consumption on the heating and cooling to get comfort degree for residents in Sulaimani city. The Microsoft Excel-2010 analysis Toolpak which provides statistical analysis tools were used to discern the mean annual trends. Results show that there is difference in change of temperature over the forty-two years study period, the average annual temperature that the average annual temperature in Sulaimani city increased by (0.0716 C˚/ y) in summer time while at July during the period increase by the rate (0.1844 C˚/ y) in winter time at January, The linear trend analysis for the monthly maximum temperature for January and July for period (1973-2015) is shown in figure (5), the trend analysis cleared the rate of increase in January (0.1777 C˚/ y) and in July (0.0606 C˚/ y), also the trend analysis of monthly minimum temperature for the same period shows rate of increase in temperatures, January (0.1751 C˚/ y) and July (0.0667 C˚/ y), for minimum temperature than maximum temperature (about 0.751 C˚). By using data of daily electricity consumption and temperature for the period 1973-2015 in Sulaimani, the variation of energy consumption and the correlations between energy consumption and temperature are analyzed. In order to determine the months of need for cooling and months for heating in Sulaimani city, the temperature (18.33 C˚) was essentially taken as the thermal threshold for heating and (23.89 C˚) as the thermal threshold for cooling. For the period of 1973-2015, the annual CDD and HDD of Sulaimani are calculated and a linear trend analysis shows that in warm months (April to October), the CDD would increase at a rate of ( ) while in cold months ( C˚ d) November to March) the HDD would decrease at a rate of ( C˚d). A positive relationship was obtained between high temperatures and the amount of energy use in cooling while the linear relationship and discontinuities emerge in cold seasons.

يتناول هذا البحث البواعث النفسيه‌ الخارجية في شعر قبيلة طييء بوصفها منفذاً للتعبير النفسي, وقد وجد ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە يتناول هذا البحث البواعث النفسيه‌ الخارجية في شعر قبيلة طييء بوصفها منفذاً للتعبير النفسي, وقد وجد الشعراء الطائيين في البواعث الخارجية حافزاً للتعبير عن مكنوناتهم الداخلية, وطريقاً ممهداً للبوح بما يعتلج قلوبهم من الحزن, والالم, والشوق, والقلق, والسعادة, فحققوا عن طريقها أحلاماً عجزوا عن تحقيقها في واقعهم البشع, إذ بوساطة المنهج النفسي نستطيع تفكيك الرموز التي خلقها الشاعر الطائي لاخفاء مشاعره الحقيقة, فـ(الطلل والمرأة والعاذلة) ما هي الا وسائل يخفف بها الشاعر عن المعاناة النفسية, أو يحاول عن طريقها تطهير نفسه من الاحاسيس غير مرغوبها, ومن الأسباب النفسية وراء كثرة توظيف الشاعر لطلل إنه يشكل تجربة شعورية صادقة, ويمثل الاحساس المباشر بالفقيد, وأما المرأة فتعكس الحالة النفسية التي يمر بها الشاعر الطائي, فهم يتمسكون بالمرأة لتخلصهم من مرارة الشوق وقسوة الفراق, وإشباع الرغبات الجنسية المكتومة, وأما توظيف العاذلة المصاحبة برغبات صادقة, فيطمع الشاعر عن طريقها اكتساب العظمة, ويعوض بها عن شعوره بالنقص, فأراد الشاعر الطائي عن طريق البواعث الخارجية إعادة تشكيل عواطفه وكأنها غير مألوفة, فيحقق ما عجز عن تحقيقه في عالمه البائس.
