This study seeks to clarify the poetic intertextuality in the texts of the poet Kazem Al-Hajjaj through his employment of the sources of intertextuality represented by the religious, literary, heritage, historical and great sources that enrich his poetry. Because the recipient loves to present the new, which gives the text a new taste, with its multiple cultures, making him feel this diversity organized in a precise system, which reveals the writer’s creativity in organizing his text in an elaborative manner . Everything that the poet invokes from these intertextualities represents a stimulus to the memory, because it works to reveal the mysteries of these intertextualities, and provokes the mind to link them with their context in the text .
His poetic texts are full of many intertextualities. His forms of intertextuality varied due to the diversity of his culture and the fertility of his knowledge, which he employed to give a picture of his personality and poetic experience.
