Abstract

The aim of the study is to assess the level of classroom management efficiency from teachers’ perspective of Koya University focusing on specific variables, namely gender and academic degree) for the academic year 2021-2022. The researcher employs a descriptive analytical approach to provide valuable insights. The study community comprises teachers from various departments within the Faculty of Education at Koya University who are randomly chosen (60) from both genders. The survey consists of a 40-item survey which is derived from an Arabic source (Ali, 2009). Rigorous steps were undertaken to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the translation, enhancing the credibility of the scale. After the scale was ready, the form was distributed to the study samples. After returning the forms and analyzing the data using several statistical equations like (Cronbagh’s alpha equation, One Sample T-Test, Independent Sample Test, One Way Anova), the study showed that the level of classroom management efficiency was generally statistically significant. The level of efficiency of classroom management according to gender, particularly within the female demographic was also statistically significant. However, the classroom management efficiency was statistically non-significant according to the academic title. Finally, the researcher reaches a number of conclusions and recommendations for the stakeholders of the study and other similar studies.
