Abstract
The system of government in Islamic law is one of the important topics in Islam, and there are related texts from the Qur’an and the hadiths. So, a good understanding of these texts is essential to straighten thoughts and how to apply. Inauguration of the caliph in Islam what was mentioned in many hadiths. However, the misunderstanding or misinterpretation of this has led some Muslims to fall into doubts and deviations from the Prophet’s practice, due to the limited interpretation of the texts and their restriction to the outward meanings that are understood from the apparent meaning of the text without referring to other related hadiths to the same subject.
The impact of temporal and spatial dimensions and measurements are important and essential to understand these hadiths. So, regarding this issue we must follow the model of the Prophet, and his companions, who relied on scientific measurements that helped them understand the ethical text of the Prophet. Furthermore, we have collected whatever is related to this topic from hadiths, and mentioned the scholars’ interpretations to those hadiths. Moreover, we indicated the impact of the temporal and spatial dimensions to understand the related hadiths and their context through several other texts mentioned this issue. Hence, we chose this topic and named the study " The effect of the temporal and spatial dimension in understanding the hadith "The Imams are from Quraish" as an effort to show the impact of the two dimensions in understanding the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammed.
