Abstract
The speech of God Almighty in the Holy Qur’an varies according to what is required by the discourse or the situation, and among these types is the direct speech of the same person: all of the personalities have a speech appropriate and coordinated for his specific case, and on this basis the current research was written which is entitled (Tenderness of Qur’anic direct discourse for women compared to with the man; selected verses), which revolves around two characteristics of the speech of God Almighty in the Holy Qur’an, namely: the tenderness and softness of the speech when addressing the woman, Glory be to Him, the Almighty, in contrast to the speech directed towards men which has a kind of severity and realism in it. The research attempted to differentiate between them by presenting the verses that contain God’s direct speech to women and men, and this is in view of the psychological and physical state of both genders, and that each of them has different characteristics, and this difference has been taken into account by God Almighty in their discourse: the discourse is characterized with the female with sympathy and tenderness, while a kind of severity and realism is seen in the discourse towards the man.
Based on the proposed idea, the research settled on two topics: one that dealt with verses related to God’s discourse with the woman, and the other contained verses that included God’s. The most important conclusions drawn and the arrangement of the used sources became The end of this attempt.
