The target of this research is to indicate the mankind capabilities side by side with natural capabilities that play effective role in the development of the agricultural sector and agricultural harvests in Kalar district. Also indicating the ability of population's labor force , the number of farmers , technology development , transportation factors , and the irrigation quality of agricultural lands, Likewise, paying attention to the progress of this capacity for the present and future, to reach the target of the research, In the beginning the data collection has been done by the organizations and the formal sources, after that indicating the conclusions, as well as receiving the data and indicating them in diagram and map terms by Geographic Information System(GIS), finally, the research reached a group of conclusions though the number of the population between the village and the city in Kalar district is overbalanced which has influence on the quality of those products that will be implanted, along with bringing the light on several suggestions among them the attempt of creating a strategically plan for taking more concentration on the progress of this sector, besides, setting a limit against that growth of the city's population and the reduction of the villagers.
