Where has the importance and the role of the family in the education process come from?  Why the role of the family is more effective than any educational establishment in building the children's' present and present life?  To what extent  the Islamic education programs for " 1-6'' grades play an effective role in individual's educational process? What is meant by family responsibilities towards the children? Have the families concerned the "biological، psychological، social and financial " aspects in the process of educating beneficial individuals in the community?  Are many remarkable aspects concerned in such a process? 
In this research paper the family needs and responsibilities for an appropriate individual education are   illustrated. And also the evaluations and points of view about the Islamic education program are presented. The research paper contains three chapters. The first chapter is about the general scope of the research paper and the definitions of the terms and concepts. In the second chapter the aims and objectives of the Islamic education for the family and individual is illustrated. The last and third chapter contains the evaluations and assessments of the Islamic education programs " 1-6"  basic school grades  and the effect of the programs on individuals and families and to what extent the programs can be affective. In the conclusion it is concluded that the family is the first environment of the children's communications، social communication values and their behavioral growth. And a general Islamic education focuses on the spiritual، behavioral، rational، psychological، and social and the physical health aspects through starting training courses، supporting the families، and understanding religion as the ethics and good morals. And finally، proposing to design a new program at the end of the research paper.
