Abstract
Commercial Function is considered a city life function. It is very difficult to find a city without commercial function. Researchers have put commerce as a basis for classifying the city, before the (1970) kalar city was has a normal villige charateristics , even that its population main job was agricultural and its farmrs taking their production to sell it at kifri district. kalar city was only include four neighborhood at this stage At second morphology stage at the beginning of seventies of twnteeeth century kalar tooks a good steps of development and apart of its land was allocated for commercial purposes,the area of commercial use reached this stage (0.03km2) . kalar city extended wider at this at this stage kalar consisted of nine neighborhoods at third stage of morphology the area of commercial use increased compared to the previous stage reached(0.13km2).In the fourth morphology stage kalar city has developmed especially in terms of commercial compared to the previous three stages causing kalar city to appear as commercial city,and many malls and commercial building of the modern market have appeared at the city, they have seen the importance of filling the need of studied area effecting the commercial shops that kalar city had not seen before, the area of kalar city was wider and reached (24km2) ,the area of land use in creased greatly at this stage to (0.899km2)
