ئامانجى توێَژینهوهكه زانینى ههڵسهنگاندنى كارامهییه پێویستهكانى فێركردنى ئهلیكترۆنى لاى مامۆستایانى بهشه مرۆڤایهتیهكان له زانكۆى گهرمیان له دیدى خوێندكارانیانهوه , به بێ جیاوازى ڕهگهزى نێر و مێ , لێكۆڵهر پشتى به ڕێبازى وهصفى بهستووه بۆ ئهنجامدانى توێژینهوهكه , كۆمهڵگاى توێژینهوهكهى بریتى بوو له خوێندكارانى ( كۆلێژى پهروهرده , پهروهردهى بنهڕهت , زانسته مرۆڤایهتیهكانى \ خانهقین , بهشى یاسا ) زانكۆى گهرمیان بۆ ساڵى خوێندنى ( 2020 – 2021 ) , ژمارهیان ( 3492 ) , لهو ژمارهیش نموونهیهكى ههڕهمهكى چینایهتى به ڕێژهى ( 15 ,0 ./. ) بۆ خوێندكار وهرگرت , بریتى بوو له (520 ) خوێندكار , توێژهر سهرهڕاى سوودوهرگرتن له ئامرازه ئامادهكراوهكانى توێژینهوهكانى پێشتر و سهرچاوه پهروهردهییهكانى تایبهت به ههڵسهنگاندنى پهروهردهیى , ههستاوه به ئهنجامدانى ڕاپرسى سهرهتایى , له پێناو به دهستهێنانى زانیارى پێویست سهبارهت به دروستكردنى فۆرمى تێبینیكردن , بۆ ئهم مهبهسته فۆرمى ڕاپرسى پێشكهش به خوێندكاران كرد , بۆ دهرهێنانى نهگۆڕى توێژهر شێوازى دوو كۆمهڵهى ئاست جیاوازى بۆ شیكردنهوهى ئامارى بڕگهكان بهكارهێناوه , بهم شێوهیه ههستاون به جێبهجێكردنى تاقیكردنهوهى یهكهمى بهسهر نموونهكهدا كهله ( 15 ) خوێندكار پێك هاتبوون له سنورى كۆمهڵگهى توێژینهوهكه وهرگیرابوون , فۆرمهكه دابهشكرا دواى ( 15 ) ڕۆژ بهههمان شێوه دابهشكرایهوه , دواتر هێزى جیاكارى بۆ ههر بڕگهیهك له بڕگهكان ههژمار كرا به دیاریكردنى كۆ نمرهى ههر فۆرمێك ,پاشان ڕیزكردنى بڕگهكان له بهرزترین بۆ نزمترین نمره , توێژهر به بهكارهێنانى تاقیكردنهوهى ( تێستى تائى t-test ) بۆ دوو نموونهى سهربهخۆ بۆ تاقیكردنهوهى بهڵگهدارى جیاوازى نێوان ناوهندى نمرهى ههردوو كۆمهڵهكه بۆ ههر بڕگهیهك له بڕگهكان , دواتر ئهنجامهكهى بڕگهكان بهڵگهداره له ئاستى ئامارى ( 0,05 ) بۆ ههموو بڕگهكان , پاشان له ڕێگهى هاوكۆلكهى (پیرسۆن , ناوهندى شیاو , لادانى پێوهرى , ڕێژهى سهدى ) نهگۆڕى فۆرمهكه دهركهوت كه دهكاته ( 0.99 ) , ئهنجامى ئهم كارهش بووه هۆى داڕشتنى فۆرمى ڕاپرسى كۆتایى , له شێوه سهرهتاییهكهدا پێكهاتبوو له ( 45 ) بڕگه.

Assessment of the Required Professional Competencies of Electronic Learning Instructors of the Humanities of Garmian University from the Perspective of Their Students

The aim of the research is to assess the required competencies of electronic learning instructors at Garmian University, through the perspective of their students, without differentiating between male and female
The researcher has used descriptive method for conducting this research. The research community had been composed of the students of the Colleges of Education, Basic Education, and the Humanities / Xanqin , part Law , of Garmian University for the academic year of 2020-2021 ,the average ( 3492 ) , the Stratifecal Random Sample is average ( % 0.15 ) .
Despite benefiting from the previous tools used in previous researches and the educational sources of educational assessment, the researcher has collected opinions for attaining the needed information about observation forms. For this purpose, she has provided students with questionnaire forms For achieving the average, the researcher has used two different groups of different levels for the analysis of its statistic. Through this way, she had conducted the first test with (15) students from the research community. After 15 days, the form was distributed in the same way. Later, the differentiation of the sections of the form were identified through indication of the total marks of each one of the forms. Then, the marks of the sections were ordered from the highest to the lowest. The researcher used t-test method for two independent examples for examining the difference between the averages of the marks of the two groups for each one of the sections. The statistic result of the forms were (0.05 ) for all the sections. Later, through ( Pearson coefficient ,mean Std. Deviation , Weight Centennical ) the average of the form was achieved which was (0.99), The result of this act led to the formation of the final version of the questionnaire. It its first version, it was composed of 45 sections .
