توێژینه‌وه‌كه باسی له تایبه‌تمه‌ندی دانیشتوانی پرۆژه‌كانی نیشته‌جێبونی ستونی كردوه له شاری سلێمانی، سه‌ره‌تا تیشكی خستۆته سه‌ر گۆڕانكارییه‌كان له قه‌باره‌ی دانیشتوانی شاری سلێمانی، كه به‌هۆكاری گۆڕانكاری و ڕووداوه ئابوری و سیاسی و كۆمه‌ڵایه‌تییه‌كان ژماره‌ی دانیشتوان گۆڕانكاری به‌سه‌ردا هاتووه له (35520 كه‌س بۆ 837350 كه‌س) له ماوه‌ی نێوان ساڵانی (1947-2020) و رێژه‌ی گه‌شه‌ی ساڵانه له‌و ماوه‌دا (4،5%)، سه‌باره‌ت به تایبه‌تمه‌ندیی دانیشتوان توێژینه ڕۆیشتووه‌ته ناو پرۆژه‌كانی نیشته‌جێبونی ستونی وه‌ك شێوازێكی نیشته‌جێبون له‌م ساڵانه‌ی دوایدا بایه‌خی به‌رچاوی پێده‌درێت و له په‌ره‌سه‌ندندایه، له‌ڕووی پێكهاته‌ی ته‌مه‌نه‌وه گۆڕانكارییه كۆمه‌ڵایه‌تییه‌كان كاریگه‌ریی هه‌یه له‌سه‌ر به‌رزی رێژه‌ی ته‌مه‌ن گه‌نجه‌كان، سه‌باره‌ت به پێكهاته‌ی جۆر نزمی پێوه دیاره له ناوچه‌ی توێژینه‌وه به (94نێر به‌رامبه‌ر 100مێ)، پێكهاته‌ی ته‌مه‌ن و جۆر كاریگه‌رییان له‌سه‌ر ڕێژه‌ی به‌خێوكردن هه‌یه، هه‌روه‌ك كاریگه‌ریی ڕاسته‌وخۆیان له‌سه‌ر هێزی كار هه‌یه، ده‌رباره‌ی پێكهاته‌ی هاوسه‌رگیری ڕێژه‌ی ئه‌وانه‌ی هاوسه‌رگیریان ئه‌نجام داوه به‌رزترین ڕێژه‌یه و به‌دوای ئه‌ودا ڕێژه‌ی سه‌ڵت و بێوه‌یی(جیابوه‌وه، ژن مردوو، مێرد مردوو) دێت، تایبه‌ت به قه‌باری خێزان، خێزانی قه‌باره بچوك ڕواڵه‌تی دیاره له ناوچه‌ی توێژینه‌وه، هه‌روه‌ها كه‌متره له هاوشێوه‌كه‌ی له‌سه‌ر ئاستی شاری سلێمانی، هه‌رچی پێكهاته‌ی خوێنده‌وارییه به‌رزی ڕێژه‌ی خاوه‌ن بڕوانامه له نێوان سه‌رۆك خێزان و هاوسه‌ره‌كه‌ی به‌ڕوونی دیاره له ناوچه‌ی توێژینه‌وه .

The research examines the characteristics of the population of vertical housing projects in the city of Sulaymaniyah. At first it sheds light on the changes in the size of the population of Sulaymaniyah، which has undergone many changes due to economic، political and social factors، where the population was (35،520) in (1947)، while it reached (837،350) in (2020)، with an annual growth rate of (4.5%) during the aforementioned period. With regard to the characteristics of the population، the study focused on the characteristics of the population in vertical housing projects، which began to draw interest as a housing pattern in recent years. In terms of age structure، social changes led to an increase in the youth group. As for the gender structure، we find a decrease in the gender ratio to (94%)، because the age structure and gender affected the dependency ratio، as well as a direct impact on the labor force. As for the marital structure، the percentage of married people comes in the first place، then singles and (widowed، divorced، separated). Regarding the size of the family، the small family is the prominent feature in the study area، and it is less than its counterpart in the city of Sulaymaniyah، as for the educational structure، it appears to be increasing the percentage of degree holders among heads of families and their wives in the study area.
