هذا البحث هو دراسة فقهیة تحلیلیة لموضوع انحلال العلاقة الزوجیة فی اقلیم کردستان–العراق، فالانحلال الزوجي ینطلق من عملیة مهمة جداً وهي الزواج، الذي یعد عاملاً من عوامل بناء المجتمع، فیما یعد الطلاق عامل هدم للمجتمع، اذ یؤدي الی تفکك الاسرة وانحلال العلاقات الزوجیة، ویترتب علیە آثار سلبیة فی تفکك الاسرة وازدیاد العداوة والبغضاء والآثار السلبیة علی الاطفال ومن ثم الآثار الاجتماعیة والنفسیة العدیدة بدءاً من الاضطرابات النفسیة الی السلوك المنحرف والجریمة وغیر ذلك.
لذا رأينا من الضرورى القيام بدارسة العوامل التي تؤدي الى ارتفاع انحلال العلاقة الزوجية في خلال السنوات (2017 الى 2022) لغرض معالجتها علمياً من أجل الحد منها والتقليل من إنتشارها في إقليم كردستان–العراق وذلك من أجل إعادة بناء الأسرة الكردية.

This study is a jurisprudence analysis of the dissolution of marriage in the Kurdistan region - Iraq. The dissolution of marriage begins with a very important process that is marriage, which is a factor in the construction of society, while divorce is a factor in the destruction of society. It leads to the disintegration of family and marriage, and has a negative impact on family disintegration, increases hostility and hatred, has a negative impact on children, and then has many social and psychological effects, from mental disorders to Deviant behavior, crime, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the factors that lead to the increase in the rate of marriage dissolution between the years (2017 to 2022), so as to solve these factors scientifically, so as to reduce their spread in the Kurdistan region - Iraq and rebuild Kurdish families.
