يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة بعض الأحكام الفقهية التي وردت في بداية سورة المجادلة التي تتحدث عن الحياة الزوجية اذا حصلت بينهما مشاكل كيف الشريعة الاسلامية عالجت ذلك, وكيف رفعت الظلم عن المرأة, وعاقبت الرجل وأوجبت عليه الكفارة الشرعية,  فتفسير هذه الآيات في خلال تفسير احد المفسرين الكبار وهو ابن عادل الدمشقي رحمه الله, وتحليل آيات المذكورة وبيان أقوال المفسرين في شأنها ودراستهم. وقد قسم الباحث هذا البحث على قسمين, القسم الأول يتحدث عن سيرة ابن عادل- حياته الشخصية والعلمية - أما القسم الثاني فيحتوي على بيان تفسير أربع آيات من بداية سورة المجادلة وذكر أقوال العلماء وأدلتهم وبيان الرأي الراجح إذا امكن, واما الخاتمة فتحتوي على أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث.

 This research aims to know some of the jurisprudence rulings that came at the beginning of Surat Al-Mujadila, which talks about married life, if problems occurred between them, how it dealt with Islamic law, and how it lifted injustice against the woman, and punished the man and required heavy penance, so the interpretation of these verses through the interpretation of one of the great interpreters  He is the son of Adel Al-Dimashqi, may God have mercy on him, and analyze the verses and clarify the sayings of the jurists and their study.  The researcher divided this research into two parts, the first section talks about the life of Ibn Adel - his personal and scientific life - and the second section is a statement of the interpretation of verses from the beginning of Surat Al-Mujadala and the statements of scholars and their evidence and a statement of the most correct opinion if possible, and the conclusion is a statement of some of what the researcher has reached in the research  .
