The research entitled (Rules for markedness Morphological and Syntactic Elements of the Kurdish Language) in which grammatical markedness in natural languages and Kurdish was investigated, aims to take the rules for markedness morphological and syntactic elements out of the framework of nuclear grammar, therefore, firstly, the rules for markedness were presented within the framework of universal grammar, for which the markedness of lexical elements in nuclear grammar was shown, and through that, a gateway for grammatical markedness of lexical elements was provided. The surface rules in different languages were studied and compared with the grammatical markedness of cultural elements; examples from Kurdish, Persian, English and Arabic were cited; then, based on the same universal grammatical rules and markedness rules, markedness was tested in Kurdish, based on dividing human language into dictionary and grammar. So that the dictionary is a treasure trove of grammatical and semantic elements and information of the elements, and grammar is the representation of that information. The results showed that markedness of cultural categories in the first stage falls within the essence of grammar and is a universal representation, while in special languages and Kurdish, markedness belongs to the later stage.
