Algeria convention is one of the potential conventions between Iraq and Iran in 1975 which follows some other conventions after establish of Republic of Iraq; however, this convention was more influential than other conventions as it caused to collapse a revolution in Southern Kurdistan. Moreover, the Iraqi government was able to strengthen themselves and impose their policy through this convention.
Our research divided into some major topics, as follows: Topic one: the Algeria convention initiatives A brief on how the convention made and the role of the world and Arabic countries have been discussed under his topic. Topic two: the articles of Algeria Convention Within this topic, the articles and the items of the convention has been discussed based on the documents of the convention. Topic three: The Kurds and the convention Under this subject emtter, content of the convention and its impact on the Kurdish movements have been discussed. Topic five: in this part the convention impact on Kurdish freedom movement in Southern Kurdistan has been illuminated.  Topic six: is the last subject matter of the research which is about the political situation of Kurdistan after the convention until its termination and we have mentioned the most significant outcomes of this research. To prepare this research, we relied on some references, politicians’ diaries, and some documents of that time which are mentioned in the list of references.
