Abstract
The main objective of the research is to study the role of the level of gender awareness of the spouses in the process of socialization of children, to achieve the goal of the research, the faculty of both sexes of the University of Sulaymaniyah and the University of Halabja were identified as units of the research sample, with the preparation of a questionnaire and distributed electronically to the respondents, for several considerations, including: The faculty University enjoys a high level of awareness and a degree of awareness of issues related to gender awareness and its impact on both the process of education and socialization within the family. After sorting, classifying and analyzing the content of the paragraphs of the form
In the questionnaire, it was found that most of the ratios and choices that were identified by the respondents as areas of difference in the perception and directions of the spouses’ opinion regarding the upbringing and upbringing of children of both sexes resulted from the societal cultural perspective, where the prevailing cultural perspective adopts the biological dimension as a basic foundation in relation to each of: Giving the right to make decisions decision, freedom of movement and the right to use technology, thus defining a different status for children of both sexes
