There is no doubt that grammatical issues are of interest to all the grammatical interpreters (may Allah bless them) and ‘Ibn Fourk’ is one of them. After reviewing his book, I found a number of grammatical issues that deserve being investigated. So, I collected the dispersed grammatical matters in his interpretations. The reason behind choosing this topic belongs to the fact that ‘Ibn Fourk’ is a well-versed expert in Arabic sciences, and he had a great influence on his contemporaneous scholars and those came after him.                                                The method of this study starts with mentioning the Qur’anic verse, then I referred to the words of ‘Ibn Fourk’ and there is the step of shown the grammarians, linguists, and the interpreters speech. In clarifying the grammatical issues, I relied on the books of the ancient and late grammarians, and the hadith scholars were not excluded and the end of each issue, I tried to balance between the controversial ones and gave preference to what I found superior according to my knowledge.                                                                                                                        
   The body of the research was divided into seven issues. These issues were arranged according to the grammatical sections mentioned in their sorts. The study ends up with the conclusion and the most important findings of the research, then comes the  list of sources and references.
