The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing habits of mind and its relationship to computer curiosity and academic achievement among students of Kalar Technical college. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared two questionnaires, firstly was a habits of mind, which consisted of (54) items, secondly was computerize curiosity, which consisted of (32) items. They were applied after having verified its validity and reliability, on a sample of (90) students in first level in Information technology department /Kalar Technical collage/Sulaimani Polytechnique university for the academic year (2021-2022). After collecting and analyzing data, the results showed that the students of the study sample practice habits of mind at a rate of (71.2%), and there was also a positive correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance (α=0.01) between the students’ responses on the habits of mind scale and the computerized curiosity scale. While there was no relationship between each of the habits of mind and computerized curiosity with academic achievement.
