ان التعلم في كافة مجالات الحياة هو الاساس لتطور الانسان ونمو العقل البشري , وان احد دعائم مستوى التعلم وايصالها الى مرحلة الكمال والانسيابية يرتبط بالاختراعات والابداعات الحديثة في كافة الجوانب العملية للتعلم ولمختلف المراحل العمرية . ولعبة الجمناستك من الألعاب التي يحتاج الى الارتقاء بالجانب البدني والمهاري بشكل خاص واستخدام وتوفير الاجهزة المصنعة واساليب التعلم التي تسهل عملية تعلم المهارة , لذلك يتجه العاملون في هذه اللعبة الى تصنيع وابتكار أفضل الأجهزة التي تمكن اللاعب من أداء المهارة بالشكل التي يوفر فيها الامان والسلامة والسرعة وتسهيل عملية التعلم حسب نوع المهارة . وتعد مهارة الوقوف على اليدين من المهارات الاساسية في بساط الحركات الارضية التي يجب ان يتعلمها المبتدئين , وبالرغم من ان هناك ادوات تعليمية واجهزة مساعدة مختلفة لكن هناك افكار ووسائل تعليمية حديثة لم تستخدم بعد . استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمتة لطبيعة مشكلة البحث , حيث اشتمل البحث على مبتدئين المدرسة التخصصية في محافظة السليمانية لتعليم الجمناستك , وتم اختيارهم بصورة عمدية , إذ تترواح اعمارهم بين (8-10) والبالغ عددهم (15) مبتدئا من اصل (35) مبتدئ تمثل (42,85%) من مجوع البحث , وقسمت الى ثلاث مجاميع بصورة عشوائية حسب الاساليب التعليمية بطريقة القرعة.

Learning in all areas of life is the basis of human development and the growth of the human mind, and that one of the pillars of the level of learning and bringing it to the stage of perfection and smoothness is related to modern inventions and innovations in all aspects of the learning process and for the different age stages in the learning process. Gymnastics is one of the games that require upgrading the physical and skill side in particular, and the use and provision of manufactured devices and learning methods that facilitate the process of learning the skill. Therefore, the workers in this game tend to manufacture and innovate the best devices that enable the player to perform the skill in a way that provides safety, security, speed, and facilitates the process of learning each type of skill. The handstand is one of the basic floor movement mat skills that beginners should learn. Although there are many educational tools and assistive devices, there are modern teaching ideas and aids that have not yet been used. The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The research community included beginners from the specialized school in Sulaymaniyah Governorate to teach gymnastics, and they were chosen deliberately, and their ages ranged between (8-10) and their number was (15) out of (35) beginners representing (42). 85% of the research community, and they were randomly divided into three groups according to the educational methods by drawing lots.
