Abstract

In its long history, the Kurdish people have suffered from the control of the occupied countries, through their constant attempt to eliminate it, weaken it, and eliminate its language because they knew well to remove any people so their language must be eliminated. Despite the continuing enmity of regional and global countries towards the Kurdish people, ending the occupation of some parts of Kurdistan’s lands, and the start of Kurdish rule in these parts, but with great regret under the excuses of 28 years of their rule, they failed to define a unified dialect for managing the institutions of a region in particular, and vice versa, which the enemies could not do with a Kurdish people and their language, by the Kurdish authorities by encouraging and using more than one dialect in the administration of a region with or without intention. They meant that they transformed into two different societies and in the end, wrestlers.
The study aimed to determine the cause and the obstacles that made the Kurdish authority, after more than 28 years of their rule, to unify or define the official language in the institutions of regional government.
In this study, the researcher used the qualitative approach in analyzing the content through the intentionality sample, and in collecting information and data, it was based on a participatory observation and a Metered interview through a questionnaire consisting of 18 paragraphs with 28 respondents from experts, specialists, lawyers, Politian, university professors and intellectuals in Kurdistan, directly and indirectly.
