Abstract
This research entitled (Theoretical Framework For the emergence of Cognitive Sociolinguistics). Cognitive Sociolinguistics is emerging Field in Linguistics, which aims to explain the linguistics variation in social status with an explanatory cognitive framework. The basic terms of cognitive social science are: mind (intelligence) cognition perception, conceptual system. mental representation of mentality. The goal of cognitive social behavioral science is to build amental model for society, individuals, and the institution and their relationships with each other, so we need to talk about the cognitive map which is a mental image or a picture of planning the physical environment. cognitive social language and the mechanism of its emergence in the rationale for cognitive linguistics. The research is divided into six sub chapters as the following. The first subchapter is about theoretical framework for the emergence of (C.S). The second subchapter explains the research methods used in this field. the third one is about the formulating of a framework for (C.S). The four sub-chapter is about definition and explanation of some of cognitive linguistics fields are last subchapter is positing the frame and concepts. The last chapter is about image and pre-planning of the concept. the abstract and the results are the end of this research.
