According to Sassanid sources, the Sassanid Empire had a solid and organized administrative system, and had a large number of different titles, ranks and professions to manage the affairs of their state. Administrative seals, which are clay dolls stamped with the administrative seals of state authorities, are used to stamp documents. By studying them we get a lot of information about the units and administrative posts of the Sassanid state, such as the spāhbed spābed, the ōstāndār and the āmārgars. They also have ranks such as Mughals, judges and many others, and even often their names and the times of the kings. In this study, we will discuss all the ranks and positions in the Sassanid state, using and confirming them by reading a number of unpublished administrative seals, which are written by Pahlavi and are official seals of the Sassanid state and are currently preserved in Sulaimani Museum.
