Abstract
This Thesis entitled (A new interpretation, for political idioms, from a semantic and pragmatic vision). Idioms, as a language unit, play an influential role in the speech and delivery of meaning and message, as well as in political, administrative, and social situations. in their creation, for the purpose of a semantic and pragmatic interpretation, for a number of new idioms, causes of creations, and exhibit of structure, kind and their specifics. We have done this research, which Following is the recommended method of analysis. The study consists of two sections, results and a list of used references. Part One: The definition of idiom and the most important criteria for recognizing and distinguishing it from the precedents and other linguistic units, along with the types and causes of the occurrence of idioms. Part Two: An analysis of several new idioms, from a semantic, pragmatic and enlightenment perspective, all of which are created due to the political and operational situation and are used in the media and social media and the local community. Finally, the most important results, the list references used and the summary of the study, are written in both English and Arabic.
