The drawbacks of any amended laws can be perceived while practicing it or when the amended law doesn’t address the topic in discussion in origin. Therefore, the amendment of any law ought not to be done haphazardly, but the law should be amended according to the recommendations and results of scientific researches unless the result will be undesirable. In researcher''s opinion, Rule No 5 ,2008(amendment of martial law No 188, 1959) is one of the unscientific amendments which can be easily witnessed in implementation in the courts( martial Law court). In conclusion, after the researcher had mentioned the shortcomings of the law , he suggested some suggestions and recommendations for better amendment in case of amending the law again.
