Abstract

The research aims to prepare an educational program using the method of overlapping some direct teaching methods and identifying its impact on acquiring the skillful achievement of the balance beam device for female students. Female students who were divided into (4) divisions (A - B - C - D) according to the schedule of the course from the Department of Physical Education, then the research sample was deliberately selected, which consisted of Division (A), which numbered (7), and they were chosen as a group Experimental and division (C), which numbered (7), were chosen as the control group, and the two researchers used the experimental approach to suit it with the research problem. Direct teaching methods that included the methods of (training, reciprocal, self-examination, inclusion) and applied this method with the experimental group and the control group applied the method used by the subject school, and the educational units were implemented for a period of (6) weeks at two educational units per week according to a schedule The curriculum of the gymnastics course for the second stage, after the end of the program period, the results showed that the overlapping method, the educational program using the overlapping method, some direct teaching methods, led to a positive improvement in the performance of the skills, and also the method used by the school, the subject, led to a percentage of the development of the skillful performance, and confirmed the results that the method The overlap led to more development in the skill achievement of the research sample .
