Abstract

This paper entitled (The analysis of concepts according to cognitive theory, the concept and hidden information of question act as an example). According to the Universal Grammar (U.G) theory, which developed by Avram Noam Chomsky; who has some similar visions with the recent philosophers like, Plato, Bertrand Russell, DE kart, Harris…etc. However most of the experts of the field support his ideas for instance, Jackendoff, Kross, Mark Baker…etc. Nevertheless, it opposes major philosophers’ visions, John Locke, Gorge Berkeley, David Hume, Skinner are some example, who detect language from their scientific viewpoints., Chomsky identifies language as a linguist, the intrinsic point of his theories is returning to human mind (deep structure) and restructuring the ideas once again which goes parallel with the (U.G)  in producing sentences. The paper contains a reasonable discussion to Chomsky’s ideas. In order to prove and achieve the results of the paper, and bounding the content and the structure of question act according to the Universal Grammar, the interrogative sentence of Kurdish language has been classified in accordance with the cognition science.
The paper consists of two sections, results and the references listed; the first section which divided to three parts devoted to the theoretical background, the second section is specialized to classify question sentence on the basis of concept.
