يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق التدقيق التشغيلي في تطوير كفاءة وفاعلية أداء الموارد البشرية ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق التدقيق التشغيلي في تطوير كفاءة وفاعلية أداء الموارد البشرية في عينة من المستشفيات الأهلية في أقليم كوردستان، فضلا عن الدور الذي يلعبه التدقيق التشغيلي في ضمان تقديم الخدمات كما هو مخطط لها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أعدت استمارة استبيان وتم توزيعها على مجموعة من الموظفين في الاقسام ذات العلاقة في عينة من تلك المستشفيات، ومن ثم تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج (SPSS-v28) وتوصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن تطبيق التدقيق التشغيلي في المستشفيات الأهلية له دور في تحسين الأداء من خلال تزويد المديرين بالمعلومات اللازمة عن اداء الموارد البشرية وبالوقت المناسب لكافة الأقسام الصحية والعلاجية، كما أن الاهتمام بتنظيم دورات تدريبية وتأهيلية يسهم في تطوير كفاءة العمالة وزيادة اعدادها، وإن إعادة النظر في أهداف وأسلوب إدارة المستشفيات يساعد على تطوير خدماتها وزيادة إسهامها في النشاط الصحي. وانتهى البحث الى جملة أستنتاجات منها، وجود دور ذو دلالة احصائية بين تطبيق التدقيق التشغيلي وتطوير كفاءة وفاعلية اداء الموارد البشرية في المستشفيات الأهلية في أقليم كوردستان، وهناك ايضا ميل واستجابة جيدة من قبل الاقسام الادارية في تلك المستشفيات للإهتمام الأكثر بالتدقيق التشغيلي وتطبيقه.

إن الإسلام يعتمد على مبدأ الرفق والتأني بصورة عامة في جميع شؤون الحياة، لأن الرفق والتأني من صفات العظماء ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە إن الإسلام يعتمد على مبدأ الرفق والتأني بصورة عامة في جميع شؤون الحياة، لأن الرفق والتأني من صفات العظماء وأخلاق الرجال الذين يتمسكون ويقتدون بسنة رسول الله a، فهو الذي قالها: ((يا عائشة لم يدخل الرفق في شيء إلا زانه ولم ينزع من شيء إلا شانه)). فعلى الدعاة أن يرفقوا بالناس ويعاملوهم بالتي هي أحسن، لأن الأخذ بالرفق واللطف والتأني، وإظهار الشفقةِ والرحمةِ، له دور كبير عند الآمر بالمعروف والناهي عن المنكر، ويهدف إلى إصلاح المجتمع ليكون قوله مقبولاً عند الناس.لقد ضرب النبي aالمثل الأعلى في الرفق والتأني في دعوة الناس، وعلاج أخطائهم، بروح الشفقة والرأفة، والعطف، والرحمة، ومعرفة الأسباب التي أدت إلى أخطائهم، ولم يقر النبيa بالشدة والعنف، بل اعتبر أن الغلظة والجفاء في المعاملة نوعاً من تنفير الناس لهذا الدين.ولذلك فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لبيان (الرفق والتأني في دعوة النبيa وأثره في الدعوة)، وقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة منهج التحليلي فندرس النصوص ثم نحللها، وقسمنا هذا البحث إلى مبحثين: المبحث الأول: التعريف بمصطلحات العنوان، ويشمل ثلاث مطالب: المطلب الأول، تعريف الرفق والتأني لغة واصطلاحاً، المطلب الثاني :تعريف الدعوة والنبي a، المطلب الثالث، ضوابط الرفق والتأني، وأما المبحث الثاني: ضوابط وفروقات هامة متعلقة بالعنوان، وهو يشمل ثلاث مطالب: المطلب الأول، الفرق بين الرفق والتأني، المطلب الثاني، الرفق بين الإفراط والتفريط، آثار الرفق والتأني من القرآن والسنة في الدعوة إلى الله.

There are numerous thinkers, philosophers, ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە There is an on-going argument about the impact of language on thought, i.e. either language shapes thought or thought shapes language. There are numerous thinkers, philosophers, psychologists, anthropologists, and linguists have tried to find out the truth about which one has superiority over the other, to be supportive or against the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis. This study is about the linguistic thought among Kurds and English from the perspective of Sapir-Whorf hypothesis which is also called ‘Linguistic relativity’. It is named that because the linguists Edward Sapir and his student Benjamin Whorf are the first one whom they did make specific assumptions based on their research they conducted, that is why the theory named after them although they actually never formulated any concrete hypothesis. To get to know what it means that man thinks in language or that human thought is dependent on language, it can be assumed that the hypothesis is relatively true. This paper aims at exploring the relationship between language and thought by giving a critical review on this hypothesis from two aspects of thought orientation and language orientation, by critical review it doesn’t mean to criticize the idea in a way to reject the theory but to enrich the subject and find out the problematic aspects of it. Since it is a hypothesis, it has advantages and disadvantages, because no one can prove that language shapes thought for sure, as the evidences are limited and it can’t be applied all the time. And aims to show how different cultures and religions affect English and Kurdish linguistic Thought by giving some examples of everyday life This research was conducted on the English and Kurdish examples to prove that in both languages, the formation of meanings is produced by the combination of language and thought to make sense of the concepts and how People think differently through having different mother languages, cultures and religions and clarifying it by giving examples in everyday life. Although these two languages are different at all the levels of language, in terms of structure and semantics but they are from the same family, what is interesting is that English is a western language and Kurdish is an eastern language. This article aims at investigating the application of the theory, i.e. to what extent in can be applied on them to come to an acceptable conclusion. At the end, we conclude that Kurdish language lays great stress on ‘surface structure’ of the words or denotations rather than connotations. Beside different mother languages, culture and religion have an influence on both Kurdish and English linguistic thought.

العلّامة خواهرزاد r(القاضي محمد بن عبد الكريم)، ولد في بنجوين،سنة(1285هـ /1868م)، وتربى بعد وفاة أبيه في كنف ... زیاتر بخوێنەوە العلّامة خواهرزاد r(القاضي محمد بن عبد الكريم)، ولد في بنجوين،سنة(1285هـ /1868م)، وتربى بعد وفاة أبيه في كنف خاله(الملا الكبير-عبدالرحمن البنجوينى)، وبدأ بدراسة العلوم في مدرسة خاله، وتجول في الجوار لطلب العلم، وفي آخر المطاف أخذ الإجازة العلمية عند خاله، وخدم المسلمين إماما وخطيبا ومدرسا وقاضيا، وخلّف من بعده رجالا في العلم ونشر العدل في منطقته من خلال وظيفة القضاء، وترك مصنفا كبيرا، باسم(تذكار الايمان للشعب الكوردي)، وهو تفسير كامل للقرآن الكريم، في ثمانية مجلدات، كتبه مابين (1931م-1935م)، وحتى الآن لم يطبع، وأول تفسير باللغة الكوردية، وتوفي في مسقط رأسه سنة (1355هـ/1935م). * أمّا آراؤه الكلامية في الإلهيات: سار (القاضي الملّا محمد خواهرزاد رحمه الله) في توحيد الصفات على منهج الأشاعرة الذين يثبتون الصـفات السـبع فقـط: وهي (القدرة، والإرادة، والحياة، والعلم، والكلام، والسمع، والبصر)، وما عداها من الصفات فهو يقوم بتأويلهـا كالاسـتواء، والفوقيـة، والإتيـان، والغضب، والرحمة، والوجه، والعين، واليد، وغيرها من الصفات. * ووافق الأشاعرة في كثير من الأمور العقدية الأخرى، مثل: وجوب النظـر في معرفـة الله، وهـذا الوجـوب يكـون بالشرع خلافاً للمعتزلة التي توجبه بالعقل. * قد وافق (القاضي الملّا محمد خواهرزاد رحمه الله) أهـل الحديث في إثباتـه للقضـاء والقـدر وإثبـات مراتبه الأربعة، كما أنه وافقهم في أفعال العبـاد وأن لهـم كسـباً واختيـاراً ومشـيئة تابعـة لإرادة الله ومشيئته.
