The culture is constructed according to the life style of  a nation or a society, and the society is recognized by  its culture. It is clear, there is a strong relationship between society and culture. For this, the culture is significant and  taken in consideration for all anthropological brunches. A good health is one of the important  aspect of human being life. So that,  the  interest of anthropologists of medicine and diseases belongs to the common culture in the society. This anthropological study is about Traditional Medicine which has been known and popular for thousands of years, and now is being practiced when the people who is working in this profession participated in a big way to improve the state of human health. Particularly, all who offered the primitive service and care. This is the popular style of treatment which people used when they get disease.   The significant of this study is, it will be a resource in the field of anthropological medicine, because it is the first anthropological study will be written in Kurdish language about this issue.  It is also the one main subject of anthropological study is about traditions, culture, tradition medicine and those treatments used and became an important part of culture which most of people take it in consideration, and most of them rely on it as a belief. The researcher divided her study into two main chapters: in the first  chapter focused on traditional medicine. This part consists of some topics, such as, traditional medicine and modern medicine, the history and the  arise of job of traditional medicine. At the same time, in this chapter is talked about traditional medicine in many aspects, such as, the traditional medicine  as inherited craft and profession, the traditional medicine as a part of society culture,  traditional medicine as therapy, and traditional medicine from the view point of religion. the second chapter of this study focuses on dimensions of  traditional treatments. This chapter remarks to disease and traditional treatments.
