The molar absorptivity 17775 liter / mol .cm and the method obeyedLambert-Beer’s law in the concentration range 1.0 – 18.0 μg/ml of TFPH, the relativestandard deviation value ranges from 1.333-1.665 % depending on the concentration level ofTFPH.
