Buyids was a dynasty ruled within Abbasid Caliphate for more than hundred years. The dynasty had several leaders owned their political powers during their rules. The Buyids policy was to allow various nations possess their own independent territorial authority under the rule of the dynasty. Kurds, as one of the nations had established and shared with both Abbasid Caliphate and Buyid dynasty several territorial authorities currently known as municipalities. With establishing each Kurdish territorial authority or municipality, a political link was created between the Kurds and Buyids. Since almost all Kurdish territories were shared in common with the outline of both the dynasty and the Caliphate. This link was dependent on either peaceful cooperative bases (if the municipality was with in line with the dynasty’s advantages) or war-making disputes (if it was a disadvantage for the dynasty).Having a focus on the situations, during the emergence of Islam religion into the region, from Rashidun caliphate to the end of Abbasid caliphate, Buyids rule was a golden era for Kurds to establish their own political independent state. Nonetheless, the Kurds were unable to take necessary benefits from the situations. This was mostly due to disputes among the Kurdish municipals and ruling families.
